Jeff is best known in the healthcare industry as a competitive and competent leader with proven success managing business relationships within hundreds of healthcare organizations.
In 2000, Jeff co-founded HealthCom Partners, a leading provider of patient billing software and services for hospitals and health systems. In 2001, HealthCom launched
PatientCompass, a first-of-its-kind online patient bill-pay portal enabling healthcare providers to leverage the Web more efficiently to run their back-office operations, and to afford their patients a new tool to manage the complicated maze of healthcare billing. The product was nationally recognized as best practice and set the standard for excellence in patient satisfaction and engagement.
As general manager at HealthCom, Jeff was responsible for sales, business development, and business operations. Under his direction in these areas, Jeff helped to grow HealthCom organically by five-fold. In 2006, HealthCom was acquired by McKesson (MCK) as its first acquisition to form RelayHealth, a revenue cycle services company. At RelayHealth, Jeff was responsible for new business development by successfully managing revenue cycle sales channels and direct sales teams.
