Jeff Pace leads HPI’s Corporate Services group and directs the tenant representation and investment sale business lines. Mr. Pace's diverse real estate experience in leasing, development, investment sales and asset management enable creative and flexible client solutions.
Jeff Pace has 29 years’ experience in commercial real estate.
During this time he has negotiated leases representing over 8 million square feet valued in excess of $1.4 billion. Additionally, Mr. Pace has overseen the acquisition/disposition of over 3 million square feet of office projects valued over $600 million, the development of our 2.5 million square feet of Class “A” office projects and provided asset management oversight for 6 million square feet of office projects.
Throughout his career, Jeff has served as both principal and advisor, assisting institutional, corporate and other real estate companies on their real estate strategies.
