Jeff Dowdle has more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, most of that time involved in the marketing and disposition of multifamily properties and selling to companies in the multifamily space.
Dowdle thrives in a fast-paced environment with high-growth potential, such as Axiometrics. He favors an environment where he is
responsible for the sales growth and training of the team members responsible for that growth. Sales has long been a passion for Dowdle, and he is always looking to improve himself and the team he manages through new systems and enhancements to make salespeople more successful.
Before joining Axiometrics, Dowdle was with CoStar Group as a senior account executive focused on sales in the Dallas area, and was also a successful as a multifamily broker for 10 years with Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.
Dowdle received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and possesses a Texas Real Estate License.
