Jeff has more than 29 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including site analysis, feasibility studies, planning, acquisitions, financing, property management, leasing, and construction management. During the period from 1987 to the present, he has been involved as a principal in all aspects of purchasing and renovating or developing
more than thirty-five commercial and residential projects across the country. He has the strength and tenacity to identify undervalued assets and extract its true intrinsic value through redevelopment, hands-on management, rebranding and creative financing. Jeff has experience in all asset classes and has the ability to focus on the most undervalued and opportunistic product types depending on the current economic conditions and stages of the real estate cycle. Jeff received a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
