Jeff Coco is the Director of Technical Services for Axis Communications, Inc. In this role he oversees, the technical services solution center which provides industry leading support to customers in North and South America, while maintaining a department culture that lives up to the moto of “staying with you all the way.”
Mr. Coco joined Axis in
2007 as a Technical Services Engineer where he was responsible for resolving pre and post sales technical support inquiries. Through his tenure at Axis he played a key role in the evolution of Axis’ technical support department.
In 2016, the Axis technical services team received the Outstanding Service Performance Award (OSPA) which recognizes organizations that operate an outstanding initiative that generates sustainable benefits for customers.
Mr. Coco has represented Axis at a number of high-profile events, including ISC West, ASIS and ACCC.
