Jayesh has more than 20 years of experience in executive management in the telecommunications industry.
He was previously VP of Business Development & Strategy at iBasis Inc., a $1.2B international voice service provider. Prior roles include VP & GM of Mobile Packet Data Solutions at Alcatel and co-founder and CEO of WaterCove, a next
generation mobile wireless infrastructure supplier.
Jayesh also served as VP of Product Management and Business Development for Northchurch Communications Inc., a startup developing next-generation, carrier-class edge routers that was acquired by Newbridge Networks in 1999.
Previously, he was VP of Product Management for the Remote Access Business Unit of Bay Networks, where he launched the company’s first carrier-class concentrator access products and was responsible for the remote access product lines, which generated over $100m in revenues. Jayesh joined Bay Networks after it acquired Xylogics, where he was Vice President of Product Management and Business Strategy.
He has a B.S. Honors in Control Engineering from the University of Sussex, England.
