In January, 2013 Mr. Tindall joined INTEGRA Software Systems as the company’s Managing Partner where his primary duties include overseeing the company’s Sales and Marketing operations in addition to being involved in sales contract negotiations, software design and customer service.
Mr. Tindall brings to INTEGRA over 30 years of experience in
the banking services industry. Prior to joining INTEGRA, he was President/CEO of Gulfpak Corporation, a provider of deposit and loan origination software to over 700 banks across the United States. He also served as SVP of Banking for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services managing banking, mortgage and indirect sales unit consisting of over 150 employees. Jay has also served several years on the Board of Directors for various banks. He attended the University of Mississippi.
