Jay’s professional experience also includes roles with Oracle, Price Waterhouse Coopers – New York, Deloitte – Houston, and other controllership and consulting positions. Jay earned a Master of Accounting, Master of Business and Public Management, and Bachelor in Economics degrees from Rice University.
Jay was named Principal Financial Officer in January 2017.
