As the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Jay is responsible for all post-sale client services including implementation, training, integration, professional services, support and ongoing account management. The Customer Success team focuses on helping clients achieve a return on their investment in the PeopleMatter Platform by driving
improvement in key performance indicators around recruiting, retention and operational efforts.
Jay previously held key positions in professional services and product management with Blackbaud, a provider of software and services to the nonprofit sector. During his tenure, Jay established and grew the enterprise technical consulting practice. Most recently, Jay was Director of Platform Product Management responsible for CRM platform strategy and guiding Blackbaud’s product portfolio to the cloud.
Earlier in his career, Jay held various engineering and consulting positions with Mariner, a business intelligence consultancy in Charlotte, N.C., Time Warner Cable and Duke Energy Corporation. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business.
