Jay Cuclis is the Co-Head of Global Energy Practice and Partner of White & Case’s Houston Office. His practice focuses exclusively on complex energy transactions, with specific emphasis on project development and acquisitions and divestitures. Jay has extensive experience in the upstream, petrochemicals and LNG sectors in particular and, over
the last 38 years, he has worked on major energy projects in the United States and more than 50 other countries throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
