As Founder & President of SkyView Advisors, Jay focuses on strategic planning, goals, and growth initiatives. He is also involved in key personnel decisions and SkyView’s ongoing training and employee development program.
Jay began his career with Marcus & Millichap, where he was the recipient of numerous sales achievement awards,
including Rookie of the Year & Chairman’s Club. He has been quoted in numerous publications, including the New York Times, USA Today, NREI, SpareFoot, Tampa Bay Times, the Tampa Bay Business Journal, SSA Globe Magazine, Inside Self Storage, and the Mini-Storage Messenger. Jay previously sat on the Education Committee of the National Self Storage Association and has been a featured speaker at the Self Storage Association’s National Conferences and the Inside Self Storage World Expo. Jay is also a member of the Tampa chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
Jay grew up in Cleveland, OH, and currently resides with his wife in Tampa, FL.
