Jason Welham is a Director at Lazard. Jason joined Lazard in 2017 and is a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group with a primary focus on Fin Tech. Jason has over 7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and provides strategic advice to a number of Lazard’s Fin Tech clients.
