When Jason Hare first graduated from university, he was focused on helping to protect vision. As a trained optometrist with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree, he used his analytical mind to help patients see the world as best as possible. Later, his own vision changed – the perception of his future. He earned his Certified Financial Planner
designation when he saw the value in helping others form a vision of financial prowess and the minimization of risk to help with business planning, family wealth creation and protection strategies.
Jason founded Cornerstone Wealth Planning, Inc. in 2010, building upon a dozen years of financial planning expertise. He has since assembled a capable, knowledgeable administrative team that boasts remarkable attention to detail and follow-through.
Now with well over twenty years of financial planning experience, Jason Hare utilizes his skills and experience to help mitigate risk for a range of clients –from business owners to families– to help them achieve their financial goals.
Known for his approachable nature, he and his wife raise their two sons with a sense of humour and passion for athletics in Kingston’s west end. Jason is an avid golfer and hockey player who often combines his favourite sports with philanthropy.
