Jason Duff leads Oral Care Ventures at Procter & Gamble, an organization charged with creating start-ups, partnering with start-ups, and helping the entire business operate more like a start-up. He received degrees in Political Science, Marketing, and Economics from The Ohio State University, and then moved to Hollywood to become a sitcom
writer. There, he discovered he was not funny enough to be a sitcom writer, but just funny enough to work at Procter & Gamble. Over the last 17 years, Jason has served as a marketing leader on brands such as Old Spice, Pantene, Secret, and Olay. While working on Crest and Oral-B, Jason created the first in-house agency team at Procter & Gamble, charged with performance marketing and building direct-to-consumer businesses. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two daughters.
