Dr. Janét Aizenstros is the Founder and CEO of Ahava Digital Group -- a women-led digital consultancy working with Fortune companies to help them connect with women consumers in an emotional and intuitive way using data and technology. She is an award-winning Canadian businesswoman with several leadership awards such as the recipient of the

prestigious 2021 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Excellence Award, the 2021 EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Ontario finalist, 2021 Top Placer for the GoGlobal Awards by the U.S. International Trade Council, recipient of the honorary Presidential Service Award by the White House Military Office, a recipient of the 2020 WXN Canada's Most Powerful Women Entrepreneur Award: Top 100, and Employer Of The Year for Canadian Business which ranked her company 12th on Canadian Business 2020 Growth List -- making her the first Black-Jewish Canadian woman in history to scale a nine-figure organization.

Through the Janét Aizenstros Foundation, Janét became the first Black woman to establish the ‘first woman in engineering fund’ at the Conrad School of Entrepreneurship & Business at the University of Waterloo Engineering program and the first Black woman to establish the Janét Aizenstros Social Impact and Sustainability Scholarship at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics program at the University of Guelph to encourage Black Canadian women to pursue careers in technology. Her family has given over 5 million dollars in philanthropic contributions globally to support black businesses. Her 100-years legacy initiative through Ahava Holdings & Ventures is a nine-figure fund that focuses on BIPOC women entrepreneurs founding technology firms creating social impact.
