Jane serves as CFO of Venuetize and brings two decades of experience in financial management and operations in a wide range of technology companies, from start-ups to large, publicly-held corporations. Prior to joining Venuetize, Jane handled finance and operations at the Tampa Bay Technology Forum. Prior to TBTF, Jane served as Director of Shared
Services at Syniverse Technologies, Inc., a leading mobile telecommunications company, overseeing and building a team with operations in the United States and India. Jane also served as Senior Manager of Accounting for VeriSign’s Mobile, Media and Messaging business, which was acquired by Syniverse. Prior to VeriSign, Jane held financial and operational management roles at a number of start-up technology companies in Boston.
Jane holds a MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and a BA in International Relations and Russian Studies from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. Jane is married and has a rambunctious 2-year-old son. While Florida is now home, her New England roots continue to fuel her love of hockey and skiing.
