Jane joined LDC in Sept 2012 from Permira, where she spent 4 years as an investment executive in the London office. Whilst at Permira, Jane’s experience involved leveraged buy-out investments, value creation strategy development, portfolio management, debt restructurings and exit processes; across a wide range of sectors, but with a greater
emphasis on healthcare.
Prior to Permira, Jane worked in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers, originally within UK mergers & acquisitions and latterly in the healthcare investment banking team.
Jane has a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, specialising in pharmacology from Christ’s College, Cambridge.
