Jane leads the OASIS Group Human Resources function and is passionate about our Team Members fulfilling their potential within the Company. She has experience developing and executing talent and development strategies in growth companies with a particular focus on culture and engagement. Prior to joining OASIS, she held senior HR roles in Aramark
and Capita and she holds a Bachelor in Business Studies from Dublin City University. She is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
