Jan Uhrich joined Sutherland Global Services in 2013 as the Chief Delivery Officer responsible for Global Services Delivery and Operations, Technology, IT, Services Excellence, and Human Resources.
Prior to Sutherland, Jan served as an executive at Dell for 16 years. In her last role, Jan was Vice President, Dell End User Computing, and was
responsible for mergers and acquisitions integration focused on cloud client computing, desktop virtualization and security.
Previously, Jan was Vice President of Dell’s Services and Solutions Group responsible for the Services and Cloud strategy, Services portfolio, Services Product Development, Marketing, and Management, Global Solution Centers, and Services Engineering.
For many years, Jan was Vice President of Dell Global Support Services. Her responsibilities included global technical support, operations, field service delivery, parts logistics, training, service engineering and global command centers. Jan also led Global Public Services (Government, Education and Healthcare) with responsibility for consulting services, managed services, deployment services, support services and vertical solutions.
Prior to Dell, Jan held management and engineering positions in research and development and application consulting at Hewlett-Packard, Apollo Computer, Digital Equipment and Bell Labs.
Jan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
