Ján is a passionate activator of teams working on exceptional problems, helping shape their strategy so they succeed internationally. He also worked as a strategic consultant for large industrial companies before founding a consultancy concentrating on increasing effectiveness in the financial sector. At IBM, Ján seeks out and fosters innovative
projects in healthcare – in vitro fertilization. He focuses on qualitative embryo evaluation using AI. He also recently took over the post of regional leader for banking where he will work to implement artificial intelligence.
