Youssef was named to his current position in July 2015 after serving as senior vice president and chief development and operations officer at Medical City Dallas Hospital. He will lead the strategic growth of the division including physician partnerships, service line development, regional outreach, and other efforts to improve health care programs
in the communities served by HCA North Texas.
He began his career at HCA North Texas in 2011 as vice president of neurosciences, orthopedics, oncology, bariatrics, and robotic surgery and was promoted to senior vice president and chief development and operations officer in 2013. Prior to joining HCA, Jamie served as vice president of Integrated Healthcare Strategies, a strategic consulting firm focused on physician development, and as director of operations for OhioHealth.
Youssef holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees from The Ohio State University.
