JAMES (“JAMIE”) MANGES is a Partner of Trilantic North America. Jamie joined Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB) as a Principal in 2008. His primary focus is on investments in the consumer sector. Jamie is currently Chairman of the Board of Implus Corporation and Traeger Pellet Grills LLC, a board member of Nixon LLC and was previously a
director of Fortitech, Inc. and SRAM LLC. Prior to joining LBMB, Jamie worked as a Vice President at Lazard Alternative Investments, the private equity investment arm of Lazard, providing growth equity to middle market businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. and at Capital Development Associates, a merchant bank specializing in international private equity investments in basic industry. Jamie holds a B.A., cum laude, from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
