James E. Wade is one of three founding partners of Navitas Midstream Partners, LLC. Jim serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Navitas and has over thirty years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Navitas, Jim held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Copano Energy’s Texas business unit responsible for all commercial, business
development, engineering and both field and processing plant operations. Under his oversight the Texas business unit executed an aggressive growth strategy in the Eagle Ford shale committing over $1 Billion in capital expansions. Projects included large diameter natural gas pipelines, compression, processing plant expansions, natural gas liquids fractionation, NGL pipelines and condensate/crude oil pipelines. In support of these projects commercial contracts were secured guaranteeing acceptable returns.
Prior to his tenure at Copano Jim held senior management positions at Sid Richardson Energy Services and Southern Union Gas Services managing Gas Supply, Natural Gas and NGL marketing as well as business development functions.
Jim also held commercial management positions at Aquila Gas Pipeline as well as several Tenneco companies where he began his career in 1984.
