Jim currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BroadSoft, Inc (Nasdaq: BSFT), the leading global provider of real-time communications software to telecommunications service providers, where he leads the company’s financial and administrative operations. Most recently, Jim guided the successful execution of BroadSoft’s IPO in June 2010.
Jim brings more than 20 years of financial and strategic management experience to the Millennial Media Board. Prior to BroadSoft, Tholen served as CFO and COO at NetSec, Inc., acquired by MCI; and as CFO and CSO for Career Builder.com, where he played an integral role in growing the company to their industry-leading position in the online job market.
Jim also serves as the Chairman of Millennial Media’s Audit Committee.
