Since May 2011, Mr. James TAN has served as the executive director and chief executive officer of AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd. He held several command positions in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from 1982 to 1992 in addition to his previous roles as CEO of COSEM Safety & Security Services Pte Ltd from 2009 to 2011 and Commissioner of the Singapore

Civil Defence Force (SCDF) from 1992 to 2009. Within just six years of taking CEO, Mr. Tan has nearly doubled AETOS's business sales and profit. Mr. Tan expanded AETOS in 2013 by bringing in the safety and security consulting and technology industries, which sparked even more expansion for AETOS Holdings and its subsidiaries.
