James Stanbridge, a 13-year Microsoft veteran, is a leadership practitioner based in the United Kingdom, having spent the past 10 years living in Asia, moving to Shanghai, China in 2005 and to Singapore in 2009.
During his corporate career,
James successfully attracted, hired and developed diverse teams of technologists in China, Singapore, India, Japan as well as Europe for Oracle, Microsoft, Alta Vista and Yamaha Motor in a multinational, corporate leadership career spanning more than 20 years.
James is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), has been an Executive coach in the ‘Excelerrate’ program at Fudan University and is a formal mentor to young leaders inside and outside Microsoft and a former Board member of the not-for- profit organization Lifeline Shanghai. He is currently the CTO of a Singapore based NGO fighting human trafficking and travels to Cambodia to support Sala Bai, a school for young women who are at risk of trafficking.
