Jamey is a Managing Director for the Alternative Investment Partners of Private Equity Fund Group at Morgan Stanley since May 2009. Jamey joined Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners as Portfolio Manager in 2001 and has over 20 years of relevant industry experience.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jamey was a serial entrepreneur,
co-founding four businesses, including two marketing automation service companies (TeamToolz and Nimblefish Technologies) and a New York-based private advisory firm.
Prior to that, Jamey was as a Senior Consultant with Bain & Company. In this capacity, he advised both public and private companies on strategic, financial and operational issues.
Jamey received B.A. in History with High Honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
