James’ story is one of the most interesting and successful business growth stories of the last decade. He founded Vocus
Communications (ASX:VOC) in 2007, and lead its growth from start-up to an ASX listed company at with a debut market cap of $25m to Vocus now being a member of the ASX100 with revenues of >$1.8Bn and market capitalisation of in excess of $5Bn.
During his time as Vocus CEO, James made more than a dozen acquisitions for a total consideration of more than $1Bn. Those acquisitions delivered significant returns for Investors in Vocus.
James brings knowledge, experience, contacts and real business building insights to the investment team at MHOR. He understands growing a business, investor relations and most importantly has sat in the seat of the CEO/MD so knows much of what is driving them.
