James Riepe is a senior advisor and retired vice chairman of the board of directors of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. ("TRP"), where he worked for nearly 25 years. Previously, he served on TRP's management committee; oversaw TRP's mutual fund activities, and served as chairman of the T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds. He served as chairman
of the board of governors of the Investment Company Institute and was a member of the board of governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) and chaired its Investment Companies Committee. Mr. Riepe is a member of the board of directors of The NASDAQ OMX Group, Genworth Financial Inc., UTI Asset Management Company of India, and the Baltimore Equitable Society.
