Mr. Prowse has served as Chief Financial Officer of Covisint, a subsidiary of Compuware Corporation, as well as its Principal Accounting Officer.
Previously, he was Member of the Board of Compuware and served as its Chief Financial Officer, having fulfilled successive leadership rolesin the finance, marketing, human resources, corporate
development and investor relations departments.
Mr. Prowse joined the Board of Directors for Delphinus Medical Technologies in 2010 and is on the Board of Directors for several non-public organizations, including CareTech Solutions, Inc., on its Audit and Compensation Committee and Governance committees as well as the Michigan Opera Theatre.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Master of Arts degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University.
