James (Jamie) W. Loving, Jr. has nearly 20 years of experience in financial accounting for rapid growth businesses in a variety of industries. As Chief Financial Officer of Quad Learning, Inc., Jamie is responsible for risk management, accounting, finance and human resources.
Prior to joining Quad Learning, Jamie served as the CFO for Webs, Inc.
which more than doubled in size during his tenure prior to being sold to Vistaprint, N.V. for $117.5 million.
Jamie has also served as CFO for Blue Water Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm specializing in technology related investments in rapidly growing businesses. During his tenure at Blue Water, Jamie was involved with more than 20 portfolio companies while also overseeing all aspects of Blue Water financial management and investor relations.
Jamie graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
