James has been leading CrunchTime’s technical organizations since 2008 in various roles including Database Architect and Director of Product Development. As Vice President of Product Development, he leads business analysis, database development, application development, quality assurance, business intelligence and technical support.
Prior to
joining CrunchTime, James was the Director of O.B.A. Implementation Technology for Workscape, Inc. where he drove the technology that supported the online benefits enrollment of millions of employees across the United States and Canada.
James is a graduate of Worcester State College and recipient of the 2012 American Business Awards Information Technology Executive of the Year Bronze Stevie.
