James manages all of the real estate holdings and oversees all property acquisitions and dispositions for ATS. James is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and began his real estate career in the mid-1980’s while still a college student. After graduation, James began his commercial real estate career leasing and managing a 750,000 Sq. Ft.
portfolio with the Adler Group in Miami.
James brings a wealth of knowledge to ATS, in addition to brokerage, James has worked in all areas of real estate, as an asset and property manager, financial analyst, owner, partner, fund manager and has has syndicated commercial real estate deals ranging from $2M to $20M+.
James graduated from the George Washington University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration majoring in Finance.
James is married with 2 children.
