Jim Hendricks, equity owner and Managing Director, is the Chief Executive Officer for the Firm’s largest industrial portfolio and head of Clarion Partners’ Industrial Property Group. Jim is also responsible for Clarion Partners’ real estate investment management business in Mexico. A partner with Trammell Crow affiliates for 21 years, Jim joined
Clarion Partners in 2002 when the Firm acquired the Crow Holdings Industrial Trust. He has been involved in over $3 billion of development transactions. Jim began working in the real estate industry in 1981, and in the finance industry overall in 1974. He was a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Texas.
