James joined the Parts Alliance over two years ago as the Eastern Alliance – Managing Director of Allparts, SCMF and CPA before moving to the role of Operations Director. As Operations Director, James is responsible for overseeing Operational and Support roles. James works with Operation Teams to ensure the correct branch processes the inventory
flow, and the Support Teams provide service to the network of Fleet, Facilities and Health and Safety.
Entering the Automotive market 31 years ago, James worked branch and field sales roles for Brown Brothers, before attaining various branch management roles.
