Mr. Flaherty has an extensive financial management background with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to 4C Medical, his roles included Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., a start-up medical device company which grew to over $1 billion in market valuation, Zomax Incorporated, a publicly
traded CD manufacturer which grew revenues from $15 million to over $250 million in fewer than four years, and Racotek, Inc., a start-up wireless data company which became publicly traded. As CFO at these companies, Mr. Flaherty was responsible for all financial matters, information technology, facilities management, legal matters and financial analysis of business development opportunities.
Mr. Flaherty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
