James E. Lauter serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at LoanCare. Before joining AT&T, he held Finance Management positions with MCI Telecommunications, Per Se Technologies and with Deloitte & Touche, LLP as Audit Manager. Mr. Lauter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
