A self-described non-academic in his youth, James’s fascination with how things work propelled him into a 20-year career in electrical power generation, including a pivotal role as a power plant operator of a significant 880-megawatt facility in Pittsburg, California. His exemplary work ethic and deep industry knowledge earned him a swift promotion to maintenance supervisor at the Northern California Power Agency, where his leadership continues to make waves.
Yet, it is the spirit of entrepreneurship that truly captures the essence of James. From co-founding the thriving Vamp Salon in 2011, alongside his wife and sister-in-law, to tackling the challenges that every small business proprietor encounters, James has emerged with a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to business development and project management.
