Before joining Via Venture Partners in 2006, he did acquisitions and business development in Danisco A/S. Prior to this he participated in the development of Danisco Venture as investment Director, was VP of Strategy,
Sales and Marketing in Sense and Site Communication AS in Norway and was mobile PG manager in Mobilix. Jakob has also been involved as an associate with McKinsey & company.
While with Danisco Venture, Jakob held directorships in CatchMabs B.V., WellGen Inc., TMI Europe SA, and Jurag Separation A/S.
Jakob holds a M.Sc. Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a Major in Finance from HEC in Paris.
