Jaime Perena is a Director Growth, Innovation and Strategy - Special Missions and Technology at Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in Feb 2009 as a Product Manager in the SQL Marketing Team. He has a large international career having held positions in Western Europe, as Modern Datacenter, as well as in Central and Eastern Europe leading Business
Development activities.
Prior to joining Microsoft, he obtained a Master’s degree in the Stanford Graduate School of business. Before moving to the US, he was the founder of the first ever Spanish Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. He also has experience as a consultant and researcher. In his early days as student he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
