Jacques Dénommée has accumulated over 29 years of corporate financing experience with small and medium-sized businesses, including the past 16 years in Venture Capital.
Through the years, he has occupied key positions on Board of Directors of various companies and associations such as Miranda Technologies, Optosecurity, ADRIQ (observer) and the
Rotary Club of Montreal. Jacques is also an advisor for Innovative platforms such as NSERC I2I program, Devtech and Jeux du Commerce.
Jacques was instrumental in the execution of turn-around, mergers and acquisitions transaction and successful IPO with several technology companies.
Jacques is passionate and driven to assist companies with the optimization of sustainable value creation to the implementation of sound execution plan and proper risk management practices.
Jacques currently specializes in investment with companies providing innovative solution to Homeland Security issues such as in the energy, environment and national security sectors.
Jacques is a frequent lecturer at the McGill Desautels Faculty of Management on the topic of Business Risk Management and hope to publish his first book, “The Business Paradox” in the current year.
