Jacoby is the CEO and founder of SPARKL, having previously managed insurance software company Michaelhouse until 2002. In 2006, he co-founded mashup pioneer Teqlo Inc in the US then joined core engineering at Google where he was responsible for Adsense Engineering in London until 2011.
In 2012, Jacoby founded SPARKL in the UK to develop and
market the Sequencing Engine technology.
