Jackie is the co-founder of Agenor Technology and has many years of experience in customer facing and client management roles, in particular with the Financial and Educational sectors.
Having had a role across much of Agenor's business activities over the years, Jackie now concentrates on leading the Customer Success Team (CSM). The CSM team
is responsible for training and supporting the global ICEFLO User Community, as well as supporting the Marketing team, using their product knowledge and customer insight.
