Prior to Alta5, he founded Sencha, a startup that builds developer frameworks and tools used by 8 of the top 10 financial institutions and over 70% of the Fortune 100. After Sencha was acquired by Sequoia Capital, he began using his development skills and trading expertise
to automate his personal investments; the result was the first version of the Alta5 platform. Jack previously led startup teams building innovative products at e-Ventus, Intervolve and Inovie and early in his career built prominent websites HowardStern.com and DrLaura.com.
