Jack Ponte is the co-founder, partner and operations manager of Found People Inc. With over 20 years of experience in business and marketing, Jack has always been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique ability to motivate others. From a young age, Jack ran a successful property management service; then went ahead to earn a degree in
International Business and Marketing from George Brown College. After graduating, Jack worked as a technical recruiter for a year and a half until he founded his own consultancy firm, Bullseye! Human Capital Solutions.
Wanting to take on greater challenges with a new brand, Jack established Found People Inc. in September 2011 – and he hasn’t looked back since. Within the first few years, Jack quickly cultivated a renowned status for Found People within the Toronto tech community.
