Jack Iacovone joined Needham & Company in 1995. Since joining Needham, Jack has assisted emerging growth companies complete over 50 equity financings and advisory transactions in a variety of industries.
He has also sponsored over 25 principal investments made through the firm's Private Equity Partnership, Needham Capital Partners, and
has sat on the board of directors or been an observer to the board of directors of six companies.
Jack previously worked within the financial services line of business at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He received a BS in Accounting from Pace University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
