Brian joined the firm in 1989 as a staff accountant and became a partner in 1994. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing and taxation. Brian has used this experience to provide a wide array of advisory services to include; Merger and Acquisition; Business planning; Troubled Business Turnarounds; and Tax
Resolutions. Furthermore, Brian has extensive industry experience in the areas of construction contracting, tax exempt organizations, government contractors and federal awards, and mortgage banking.
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Innovation, Operations and Technology from the University of Baltimore. He is also "Yellow Book CPE Certified", a requirement to perform audit services under Governmental Auditing Standards.
Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Brian functions as the firm's managing officer/director.
