Isaiah grew up in Minneapolis, MN. He went to the Academy of Holy Angels for High School and played Soccer, Basketball and Track. He then ventured out East to Washington and Lee University where he majored in Business with a full academic scholarship. He was an active member of the community with experience in a consulting group, dance group,
investment club, and served as national chair of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Isaiah graduated with honors from W&L and went back to MN to start working in frozen foods at Target corp. He started as a business analyst running a $150M per year inventory business. He moved on to training and facilitating new hires as they were on-boarded to Target. After working at Target for about 2.5 years, Isaiah joined the world of financial planning. He worked at Northwestern Mutual for 5 years before creating Becoming Financial in 2017. He is a Certified Financial Education Professional TM and a Certified Financial Educational Instructor TM Isaiah is a dynamic speaker who loves to empower others and help them think about becoming better every single day. His dream of helping as many people as possible develop financial character has led him to create a new app called MoneyVerbs. It allows users to practice getting rich-the safe way. Isaiah has been married to his wife Sarah since 2012. They reside in Plymouth, MN and at home they are joined by their children Crue, Lakely, Waverly, Rhodes, and dog Marshall.
