And another on 'Condominium and Planned Community Practice' for the Lorman Educational Services in Rosemont, IL, on June 29, 2006. Another lecture Irwin is particularliy proud of is 'Real Estate Forms of Ownership' for the Habitat for Humanity Lectures in Elgin, IL, in May of 2016. Some of Irwin Leiter's more formal teaching came with the following :Real Estate Law, Roosevelt University Paralegal Program, Chicago, IL, 1986-1987, Real Estate and Property Management, Chicago City Wide Colleges, 1987-1988 and Hospitality Law, Kendall College, Chicago, IL, 2016. Irwin Leiter has worked for numerous companies in the state of Illinois like Patriot Title Insurance Company, Terrestris Development Company, Feiwel, Galper, & Lasky, Ltd., and Chicago Title Insurance Company. He held positions that others strive for in their lifetimes like Executive VP, Attorney/Equity partner, Senior Title Examiner, and others. Currently, Irwin E. Leiter works for the Department of Defense. Irwin Leiter also has three licenses that have contributed to his success. Illinois Law License-1977-2013, Illinois Insurance Producer-Broker’s License-2010-2012, and Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License-1973-1978.
