Real estate investor, Irving Langer, brings more than four decades of experience to his role as the president of E & M Associates in Brooklyn, New York. Founded by Irving Langer in 1971 in a storefront located on Flatbush Avenue, the company has grown into one of the biggest real estate investment and management companies in New York City. In
addition to maintaining offices in all the boroughs of the city, E & M has about 10,000 properties across the United States.
Irving Langer holds a master’s degree in psychology from Long Island University. In addition to his work with E & M Associates, he has invested in or founded companies such as Zaidy’s LLC, Galil Management LLC, and Saba Raba LLC. He also has investment interests in the technology, medical, hospitality, and solar energy industries.
Away from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Langer gives back to the community. He serves as the president of Bais Medrash of Harborview and chairman of the board of Yeshiva Tiferes Yisroel. Moreover, Mr. Langer and his wife, Miriam, have contributed significantly to Ohel Family Services’ recently opened center for individuals with developmental disabilities.
